Overview:                  This position administers the company's liability claims relating to company facilities, personnel, product, or vehicles.  Coordinates with the Liability Supervisor and Vice President of Human Resources to resolve claims in a timely and beneficial manner. Communicates with customers regarding liability complaints. Accurately maintains records in an organized manner.

  • Proven ability to provide excellent Customer Service and use proper telephone etiquette
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to address customer concerns with tact and empathy, while remaining firm in conveying company decisions
  • Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel required
  • Ability to learn computer applications as required
  • Ability to operate office machines (adding machine, copier, fax, etc.)
  • Legible handwriting
  • Good math skills


Experience:              Prefer one to two years of administrative experience and/or Bi-Mart store experience.  Experience working with confidential information preferred.
